CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce

Introduction

Experlogix Digital Commerce is a SaaS product that provides real-time access to your Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP), enabling you to manage your business operations quickly and efficiently. At its core is its Digital Commerce Platform, which uses bespoke web services to integrate in real time with your ERP and connect to various digital marketplaces on a secure, robust platform. Once set up, you can add WebShop, Management Interface, Mobile Apps, and Multi-channel products. As standard, we integrate with many ERPS.

Our standard eCommerce product comes with 14 feature sets, ranging from content management to product configuration and catalog management, through to sales order processing, shipping and delivery, pricing and stock, and integration with external tools.

We’ve extended our standard customer portal and/or full B2B eCommerce product with a SmartPack add-on that enables your customers to launch Experlogix CPQ Web Configurator to configure quotations and to view, modify, and submit quotes to your ERP within WebShop. Once a quote has been submitted, it becomes read-only on the WebShop Account Dashboard, and any status changes you make to the quote status are displayed there. This keeps your customers informed about the progress of their quote.

We've called this the CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce. The SmartPack is an add-on that provides the specific features needed to integrate Experlogix CPQ web configurator with Experlogix Digital Commerce

WebShop is a SaaS product.

This means that it includes all of the support, regular feature updates, and security monitoring required so that no customer is left behind on older, insecure software, and you can concentrate on your core business function.

Of course, you can still opt for additional professional services to help you with extensions, migration, and roll-out.

What's included in this SmartPack?

In addition to our standard customer portal or full B2B eCommerce product, our CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce offers the following features:

  • Easy install using the CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce app, found in our app store.

  • Supports the lifecycle stages of a quote, regardless of its complexity. Simply map your host system’s internal quote statuses to a label that will be visible on the CPQ quotes listing screen in your customer’s WebShop Account Dashboard.

  • Create a CPQ quote from the WebShop Account Dashboard.

  • Launch the Experlogix CPQ Web Configurator to configure the product after it is created.

  • View CPQ quotes in your WebShop Account Dashboard.

  • Edit the CPQ quote.

  • Submit a quote. The CPQ quote becomes read-only in WebShop.

  • Keep track of your order's status as it is prepared, with real-time status updates displayed in the quote.

  • Cancel a quote.

  • Use Service Desk, our in-software communication channel.
