Introducing the CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new SmartPack. It is called CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce.
CPQ SmartPack for Digital Commerce is a SmartPack that provides the specific features needed to integrate Experlogix CPQ with Experlogix Digital Commerce. When installed and configured, it enables your customers to launch Experlogix CPQ Web Configurator to configure quotations and to view, modify, and submit quotes to your ERP within WebShop. Once a quote has been submitted, it becomes read-only on the WebShop Account Dashboard, and any status changes you make to the quote status are displayed there. This keeps your customers informed about the progress of their quote.
We currently support integration with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, but stay tuned as we integrate with other host systems.

🆕 New features in WebShop and Management Interface
Updates to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We've updated the underlying data structures so that your GA4-tracked events are now sent to GA4 as native GA4 ecommerce events. This makes tracking events in your WebShop even more seamless, since you no longer need to use Google Tag Manager for any of them.
If you currently use Google Tag Manager to map GA4-tracked events, you may need to update those mappings to keep them working. Read What are the updated mappings for eCommerce events in Google Tag Manager? for more information.
We still track the following ten events: Search, View item list, Product view, Add product, View cart, Remove product, Begin Checkout, Add shipping details, Add payment confirmation, Purchase.

Updates to our sub-processors list
As part of our GDPR obligations, we are required to share a list of sub-processors of other third-party hardware and software suppliers with whom we work. Before engaging any third-party or sub-processor, we verify that they comply with relevant data protection legislation.
We have recently updated this list to include User Pilot, a tool we use to communicate with you via in-app messages and to gain insights into how you use our products, so we can improve them in the future.
This update serves as a notification under our Data Processing Addendum. As a customer, you may object to this change on reasonable grounds within 10 days by contacting [privacy@experlogix.com].

🆕 New features in SalesRep
Supported version
In August 2023, we announced the launch of a new version of SalesRep, our cloud-based B2B sales app. Since then, older versions, in particular SalesRep V1, have been deprecated and are no longer officially supported. We continue to support our latest version, which you may know as SalesRep V2.
Until now, it has been possible to switch back to SalesRep V1 within the sales app; however, we are removing that functionality now. This change is to ensure continued compliance with updated Android application requirements, including support for a 16kb memory page standard.
