Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Introduction

Experlogix Digital Commerce integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowing you to use and extend your business data online without compromising its quality and integrity.

Data is requested and sent through Experlogix Cloud Connect1, which consists of cloud-based integration APIs that handle the integrations with Digital Commerce (and all other Experlogix platforms).

Pre-requisites

  • A Full User Access License for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required to avail of the features in Digital Commerce. There are two types: Essential and Premium. In most cases, Essential is sufficient; however you should consult your Business Central partner for more support in making this decision particularly if you work in manufacturing or service order management.

  • Prior to installation, a connection between your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Cloud Connect must be set up. More information on how to achieve this can be found here2.

This article defines the standard product features available when you integrate our platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Remember our platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

This means that it includes all of the support, regular feature updates, and security monitoring required so that no customer is left behind on older, insecure software and you can concentrate on your core business function.

Of course you can still opt for additional professional services to help you with extensions, migration and roll-out.
