Compile an order
Within WebShop, your customers can use the following options:
Browse catalogue and use “Add to Cart“ to add products to the Cart
Select products from recent orders and / or Favourites
to quickly create and conveniently create an order.

Quick Order
Quick Order provides functionality to quickly create a list of products to purchase, and to add that list to the Cart at the same time.
Currently available on desktop and tablets; not currently available on mobile devices.
Quick Order can be set up as either a single page or a pop-up dialog box in WebShop.

To select which option you wish to use,
Open Management Interface.
Click Settings.
Locate Quick Order, either by navigating to Features → Orders or by searching for ‘quick order’ using the Search function.
Set to ‘On’ if you wish Quick Order to be displayed as a single page in WebShop.
Set to ‘Off’ if you wish Quick Order to be displayed as a pop-out dialog box in WebShop.
Click Save. Changes are visible in WebShop immediately after saving.
Quick Order button is located on the top navigation bar.

Click Quick Order to open the Quick Order page.

Enter either the product code (SKU), product keywords or product name to search for a product.
Click Add. This adds the product to the order.
After selecting the product, the Order Quantity and Stock Availability are automatically populated with the latest real-time price for the selected product.
Click Add to Basket. This adds the selected products to the cart, and opens the Checkout screen.
To remove products from an order, click the bin icon to the right of the product you wish to remove. This removes the product from the order.
To add products to an order:
Click Quick Order to open the Quick Order dialog box.

Enter either the product code (SKU) to directly locate a product, or a product keyword to search for a product.
Some of your products may have quantity breaks associated with them; if these items are added using Quick Order, the standard unit price is retrieved and displayed in the Unit Price field. The correct price for the quantity ordered is applied when the order is added to the Cart.
After selecting the product, the Unit Price and Stock columns are automatically populated with the latest real-time price for the selected product.
Click Add to Cart. This adds the selected products to the cart, and opens the Checkout screen.
If you are working on a desktop, press Tab to add another product row to your Quick Order.
If you are working on a desktop, press Tab to select the Quantity box if a product with options and the specific option requested have both been selected.
If a product is already in an order and your customer attempts to add it again, a message pops up indicating this.
To remove products from an order, click X beside the product you wish to remove. This removes the product from the order.
Order Lists
Order lists feature provides functionality that allow your customers to save the contents of their cart to a list, which can be used at a later time.
To view, edit, load or delete an existing Order List, open Saved Carts (found on the side menu in Account Dashboard).

To create, update or open Order Lists, open the Cart.

Change the name of a order list
Load the order list into their Cart
Delete an order list

Update order list
Load order list into Cart.
Add or remove products as required.
Click My Cart. This adds all the products to the Cart.
Click the Order List name to update the order list.

Spreadsheet Import
Spreadsheet Import to Cart feature provides functionality to order large volumes of products via a spreadsheet upload of products and quantities.
Currently available on B2B WebShops where your customers have an active account.
Spreadsheet import is visible in the Cart.
The Order Import screen is displayed immediately if there are no items in the Cart.
The Cart with its contents are displayed if there are items in the Cart.
Click Spreadsheet Import. This opens the Order Import screen.
Click Browse to locate the spreadsheet containing the order you wish to upload, if you already have the spreadsheet ready.
Otherwise, click Download Sample File to download a spreadsheet and complete it. The spreadsheet contains two columns: Product code and Quantity.
Click Upload to import the spreadsheet to WebShop. This validates each row and if file is formatted correctly, adds the products to the cart.

The spreadsheet consists of two columns: Product Code and Quantity.
Spreadsheet contents are appended to your cart. This means that if you have products in your cart prior to the upload, they remain in the cart and are not overwritten.
