Using Favourites in SalesRep

Purpose and scope

Within each customer’s account, there is a Favourites tab. Provided you have an active open order, the tasks you can complete from within this tab are:

  • View all products that have been marked as Favourites in the catalogue

  • Filter by Rep Favourites (marked with yellow star) or Customer Favourites. Customer Favourites are listed if you have WebShop and your customer has added their Favourites using WebShop.

  • View full product details in product catalogue for products marked as Favourites

  • Create or add to existing order

Step by step

Assumptions

  • You are logged into SalesRep.

  • You have an active open order. An active open order is displayed in the blue menu bar at the top of each screen, as shown:

Open customer account

Open
  • Click Accounts in the side menu. This opens your customer list.

  • Find the customer whose account you wish to open, either by browsing the customer list or using the search facility.

  • Click on the customer’s name to open the account.

Select Favourites

Select

Click Favourites in the top menu bar. This opens a list of products that have been marked as Favourites.

Action 1: View or filter Favourites

View or filter

View a full list of Favourites, or filter by Rep or Customer Favourites. Rep Favourites are identified with a yellow star. Customer Favourites are listed if you have WebShop and your customer has added their Favourites using WebShop.

Action 2: Add products to existing order

Add
  • If you have an active open order, products marked as Favourites are displayed with Qty fields.

  • Add products to the order by increasing the Qty fields. Follow steps to place your order.

Action 3: View in catalogue

View

Click View in catalogue. This opens the product catalogue with a list of products marked as Favourites. Within product catalogue, you can view detailed information, images, purchase history and more about the product.

Action 4: Download latest

Download

Click Download Latest. This downloads products that have been marked as Favourites from your ERP.
