How it fits together

By default, the Dealer Management screen is open when you select CPQ.

As the System Administrator, you can manage:

Dealer Management

The Dealer Management screen lists dealers that are using the CPQ Sales Portal.

Typically, each dealer has one main account created in the Management Interface, which is synced with a customer account in your ERP. Create a CPQ Dealer Portal User Administrator who is responsible for creating Sales Users in the CPQ Dealer Portal user management screen.

Actions available

  • Create a dealer account in the Management Interface. Search for an existing dealer in your ERP, and once found, it is added as a dealer profile in the Management Interface.

  • Edit a dealer profile.

  • Impersonate a dealer profile so that you can see what your User Administrator/Sales User sees in the CPQ Dealer Portal.

Settings

Settings displays a list of existing status and their mappings between the CPQ Portal and the Host System.
