How do I set up email addresses to receive import status notifications?

Purpose

To explain how to set up email notifications for scheduled pricing imports.

Only applicable to EDI or file-based integrations.

More information

A scheduled pricing import takes place regularly to import the latest prices from your ERP. It is set up during onboarding. You can set up an email notification informing you of the pricing import status once the import is complete.

Contact Customer Support to ask them to update the “Import Notify Emails“ field in Settings (Features → Imports) with your comma-delimited list of email addresses.
