Integration with Intact

Introduction

Experlogix Digital Commerce integrates seamlessly with Intact xLine/vLine and iQ, allowing you to use and extend your business data online without compromising its quality and integrity. Data is requested and sent through a standard data interface using a REST web service.

This article defines the standard product features available and specific data mappings when you integrate our platform with Intact iQ.

Pre-requisites

  • A System Administrator API license, sold by Intact, is required to access the features in Digital Commerce.

Experlogix Digital Commerce is a SaaS product

Experlogix Digital Commerce is a SaaS product.

This means that it includes all the support, regular feature updates, and security monitoring required so that no customer is left behind on older, insecure software and you can concentrate on your core business function.

Of course, you can still opt for additional professional services to help you with extensions, migration, and roll-out.

calculated Price

The cheapest available price for a product is calculated and retrieved by a web service call. The cheapest available price is calculated based on the customer's default price index, price list, additional price list or pricing category. A pricing priority (if used) overwrites any lower price.

Stocking Status

We recommend that you use the Stocking Status field to identify POA products. Should you select a different field to Stocking Status, you will need to verify that it can be retrieved through Intact's web service calls.

Effective Stock [OnHand-Committed]

By default, the stock level displayed is "Available stock" for all warehouses. You can retrieve and display

  • stock from one warehouse location

  • breakdown of stock per location

The stock level is calculated automatically within Intact iQ, and retrieved using a standard web service call.

Allow for multiple stock locations

The stock level is displayed by individual warehouse.

Re-calculates stock based on selling units and/or pack sizes

By default, stock level is calculated and displayed by individual product.

The pick-up store is set to either a default store or a store selected by your customer. Then this value is listed as the branch location on the order.
