This article explains how to configure them.
Step by step
Step 1: Log into Management Interface
Log in
Enter your username and password, and select Log in. This opens the Management Interface on your Dashboard.
Step 2: Open Countries
Open

Click Localisation, located under Configuration on your Management Interface. This opens your Localisation options.

Select Countries. This opens the Countries Listing screen where you view a list of configured delivery countries, add new countries to this list or search for a country.
Action 1: Add country

Click New Country. This opens a form to the right of your screen.

Enter the country name, and select the matching ISO country code from the drop-down list.

Check the box under Pin if you wish to include this country at the top of the delivery country list in the WebShop Cart.

Click Submit.
Remember that delivery countries you configure and save are immediately available to use in Shipping Services.
Action 2: Edit country

Click on the country you wish to edit.

Make changes to the information as required.

Click Save.

Action 3: Pin country

To specify a list of preferred countries at the top of the displayed delivery country list in the WebShop Cart (referred to as pinning a country), edit the country and check the box underneath Pin.

On the Countries listing screen, pinned countries are marked as Yes, as shown:
What do my customers see after I configure this list?

Within WebShop, your customers selects a delivery destination from the Deliver To drop-down box. All configured delivery countries are displayed alphabetically in this drop-down list. Countries that have been pinned are listed in alphabetical order first.
Example
Ireland has been pinned as being a preferred country in Management Interface. It is displayed first in the drop-down list of delivery countries when you Checkout in WebShop.
