đ Experlogix Digital Commerce Platform
This month, we continue to improve existing ERP integrations with Experlogix Digital Commerce Platform, with a focus on our integration with Intact iQ. Weâre delighted to share that you can now:
â Retrieve and view delivery documents that are stored in Intact iQ
Weâve added functionality so that your customers can view delivery documents that are stored in Intact iQ. Your customers can view which invoices have associated delivery documents on the Finance screen in WebShop. Select the âtruckâ icon to retrieve a PDF version of the delivery documents; this is returned as a PDF document.

To enable it, you must have the âDocumentsâ endpoint enabled in Intact iQ, and then contact our Support team to activate it.
â Include line item references in Sales Orders
Weâve made it easier for your customer to keep track of products in their Cart by including a line item reference for each product they add. Line item references can be added to the detailed product screen or to the Cart.

Your customer follows the usual checkout process. The line item reference, along with other details in the sales order, is transferred to Intact iQ using our RestIQ web services during Checkout. The line item reference is included as part of the transaction under Transactions in the Management Interface.
To enable it, you must have a custom field set up called âd_lineItemReferenceâ on your Sales Order in Intact iQ, and then contact our Support team to activate it.
For both of these improvements, youâll need to do some configuration in your Intact iQ instance, and then contact our Support team for help with enabling these features.

Why you and your WebShop would love to integrate with Product Information System (PIM)
A product information management (PIM) system is a structured system that collects, manages, stores, and distributes product data. It enables you to manage your product data in one location and distribute it through multiple channels. Integrating a PIM with Experlogix Digital Commerce gives you all the benefits of a PIM, where you can collect, manage, and enrich your product data, with an Experlogix WebShop providing you with additional eCommerce-focused features that allow you to scale your sales more effectively while still maintaining a single source of truth for your product data.
After integrating your PIM with Experlogix Digital Commerce, you can:
Use a product catalog imported from your PIM as the source of truth for all product data.
Manage and schedule updates from your PIM to Experlogix Digital Commerce using Workflows.
Use your integrated ERP as the source of truth for all pricing and stock information.

We have collaborated with Boyum IT Solutions to integrate their Product Information Management System, Perfion, ensuring seamless integration between the two systems.
Contact our support team if you wish to use a different Product Information Management system to determine if we can facilitate the integration.
Additional professional services will be required, at extra cost to you, to ensure that the fields are mapped to suit your business processes and requirements.

Making WebShop more accessible
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) is a European Directive that applies to many products and services. It aims to make these products and services more accessible to persons with disabilities. Products and services that must be compliant with EAA include B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and e-commerce websites. Currently, it does not apply to B2B (Business-to-Business) e-commerce sites. It came into effect on 28th June 2025.
We continue to improve the accessibility of WebShop. This month, weâve deployed keyboard navigation shortcuts in WebShop, which can be used for both Apple Mac and Windows users. The shortcuts available are shown.
