The Quote Listing screen consolidates features related to creating and managing quotes.

Actions available

• Create a new quotation.

• Search for a specific quotation.

• Filter by Contact Company, Customer Ref, Contact Name, Quoation Status, and Created by. Select column heading, select the filter menu and filter the data as you need to.

  

• Change the column layout. Select the column name you wish to move. Drag and drop to your desired location.

• Add columns. Select Columns to the right of the Quote Listing. This displays a list of available columns. Check the box to the right of the column you wish to add. This adds the column to the listing screen. Select Columns again to close the list of available columns.

  

Each quote has several actions associated with it.

Actions available

• View an existing quotation. When the quote has been submitted to the Host System, it is set to view-only in the CPQ Dealer Portal.

• Edit an existing quotation. A quote can only be edited until it is submitted to the Host System.

• Update quotation status.

• View quotation status.

• Cancel quotation.
